“La Rubia Canta La Negra” is Ginevra Di Marco (C.S.I.) new album. 2 new tracks and 12 of the most beautiful songs sung by Mercedes Sosa, greatly reinterpreted by Ginevra.
In September 2016 Ginevra was invited to play a Mercedes Sosa tribute show at “Festival Dei Popoli” in Florence.
She played a great show with her husband Francesco Magnelli (C.S.I., Beau Geste), Andrea Salvadori and other fantastic musicians.
The show went really well and Ginevra kept playing the songs during the following months, until the decision to dedicate the new album to this extraordinary performer…
The list of songs includes absolute masterpieces such as El Cosechero, Juancito Caminador, Alfonsina Y El Mar, El Violin De Becho and Volver In Los Diecisiete.
